Truly a marvel of architecture and design in the heart of bustling and growing Miami; too bad the service is POOR. Nice, well crafted, carefully compacted choices, with unique "daily specials" offerings, and an impressive menu. Servers ignore you. Barely greet you. When you 'do' get to the 'airplane,' no talk of what's offered, the marvel of the site... if you're lucky, you'll get direct eye contact... if you're lucky... Servers enthusiastically speak to EACH OTHER, that's it. It feels like a self-serve kiosk. The classy outside vibe of the AUTHENTIC plane conversion, is overshadowed by the hollow attention to customer service on the inside. Notes: - paper cups, great for recycling, WET AND DIFFICULT TO HANDLE after 15 minutes -payment expected prior to eating... not unusual, however, NO ROOM TO ORDER MORE FOOD without having to complete MULTIPLE transactions. Want an entree after your appetizer? "we need your card again..." Want dessert? "we need your card again..." Beverly Hills on the outside, hood on the inside. The real kicker? AFTER THEY LET YOU SIT IN THE CABIN THE WHOLE TIME YOU WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER, the food comes, and they FORCE YOU TO GO OUTSIDE and eat it... is the plane a LOUNGE? wouldn't know... no one around talks to you... Awesome concept, horrible continuing execution

Very nice place to enjoy a coffee and some sweets when the weather is great in Miami. It’s an outdoor cafe, so make sure to plan your visit accordingly if rain or high temperatures are expected. The coffee was excellent and the prices were affordable

Amazing atmosphere! Housed in the front end of a real plane, complete with cockpit, with dining outside in one of two igloos or at tables in shade of a beautiful tree, waitstaff dressed in flight attendant outfits. Lattes, sandwiches, desserts, more available for you!

I absolutely adore this coffee shop! The atmosphere is nice, food tastes and priced really well, coffee is good, and service was A1. Thought it was more food truck style but it served by waiters/runners! The attention to detail with the decor theme was spot on! We really enjoyed our 1st visit and drove 2.5 hours to experience it! We cannot wait to see the new location!

Sky Coffee recently moved from Brickell to Edgewater, it’s very nice place, good food for breakfast, happy hour and brunch. It’s an Argentinian menu. So enjoy the Choripan, Malbec, Dulce de leche, the best You can find in Argentina. On Saturday evening, at least when I was there there was DJ with nice music.
